Shipping is normally via DPD. On request, we can also ship with DHL / DHL Packstation, subject to availability. The transport time is approx. 3 to 4 working days. The shipping company in the destination country is responsible for complying with the transport times. Cash on delivery is not possible outside of Germany. Express shipping is also possible on request. The surcharge is borne by the client.

Returns outside of Germany are generally to be borne by the buyer, provided that the goods were delivered undamaged and correspond to the ones ordered.
Reuse the packaging
We know very well who we ultimately owe our products to, which is why we attach great importance to the sustainable protection of our environment.
For your sake, we want to contain the flood of packaging a little and therefore use returned parcels, provided they are not damaged, one more time as outer packaging for our Dale products.
We are certain that we will act on your behalf. Because you too know: the case is not important, the content is what counts.
