All Dale of Norway articles are high-quality products that are subject to strict quality controls. Should you still have reason to complain, we would like to ask you to contact us. We will find a solution!

RETURN LABEL

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. We will immediately send you a return sticker via email, which you can then simply print out and stick on the package.

FREE RETURNS OR RETURNS

are not accepted! Please only use the return sticker for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding. The condition for the return transfer of the purchase amount or an exchange is that the goods are intact.

PLEASE NOTE

We only take back unworn, flawless articles with original labels.

RETURNS OUTSIDE GERMANY

are generally to be borne by the buyer, provided that the goods were delivered undamaged and correspond to the ones ordered.
