2. Conclusion of the contract
The products presented on the website of www.sellroom.de are not to be understood as a binding offer on the part of sellroom GbR, but rather invites the buyer to submit a purchase offer (order) (so-called invitatio ad offerendum). When the order is sent by the buyer, the latter submits an offer to buy. Upon receipt of the order, the buyer automatically receives an email confirmation from sellroom GbR. This does not mean that the offer has yet been accepted! The sellroom GbR will, after examining the purchase offer, at the latest one week after receipt of the order, send a so-called "confirmation email" to the buyer. This confirmation email is to be understood as acceptance of the offer made by the buyer. If such a confirmation email is not sent within the above-mentioned period, the offer is deemed to have been rejected. The purchase contract is only concluded after the so-called confirmation email has been sent by sellroom GbR. The descriptions of the essential characteristics of the goods can be found in the descriptions of goods below the product images.
3. Reservation of one's rights
Sellroom GbR reserves the right not to deliver the goods in the event of non-availability and to withdraw from the fulfillment of the contract in this case. In this case sellroom GbR will immediately inform the buyer about the unavailability and immediately reimburse the buyer for the services already provided.
4. Prices
The prices quoted include VAT and plus shipping and postage costs.
5. Shipping
For shipping within Germany, a flat rate of € 4.00 will be charged. From an order value of € 61.00, no flat-rate shipping fee will be charged for deliveries within Germany.

6. Payment terms / retention of title / offsetting
The delivery of the goods takes place after receipt of payment, unless the payment method "cash on delivery" has been agreed upon. Sellroom GbR reserves ownership of the goods until they have been paid for in full. Offsetting against the purchase price claim is only permitted with legally established or undisputed claims or claims that are ready for decision in a legal dispute.

7. Transport damage / transport loss
a. If the buyer is a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold is always transferred to the consumer when the goods are handed over.
b. The handover is the same if the customer is in default with the acceptance.
c. If there are obvious defects, the customer is obliged to inform sellroom GbR of the damage within a period of 14 days, beginning with the delivery of the goods, with a precise description of the damage.
d. If the buyer is an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold is transferred to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the buyer, or when the goods are handed over to a suitable transport person in the case of sale by mail order
8. Disturbance in the provision of services
If a cause for which sellroom GbR is not responsible - due to force majeure (unavoidable event) such as strike, lockout, war, natural disaster, etc. - affects the adherence to agreed dates, sellroom GbR can request a date postponement by two weeks. In the event of an increase in expenditure, the cause of which is a disruption in the area of responsibility of the buyer, sellroom GbR is entitled to demand remuneration for the additional expenditure.
9. Reimbursement of expenses
In the event of additional expenditure for sellroom GbR, the cause of which is the responsibility of the buyer, sellroom GbR is entitled to demand reimbursement for this additional expenditure.
Information obligations for contracts in electronic business transactions:
By pressing the "shopping cart" button, the item you have selected is placed in a virtual shopping cart. When you call up the shopping cart itself, the items you have already placed in the virtual shopping cart are displayed. By pressing the "x" button, the respective article can be removed from the shopping cart. The desired number can also be changed, which is then confirmed with the "update" button. By calling up "BUY", a corresponding (purchase) offer in the above sense is then sent to sellroom GbR.
