Ramberg men's jumper
The Ramberg jumper lends a timeless design and a unique urban flair. With a relaxed fit, ribbed shoulder details that emphasise the dropped shoulder and striking contrasting stripes on the neck, sleeves and hem, Ramberg blends seamlessly into modernity. The classic stripes are updated with a rounded design featuring eight rose petals around the chest and a traditional lice pattern, while shoulder accents and striped ribbing add a fresh, dynamic touch. Several yarn colours are mixed in the thread mix, giving the Ramberg a lively, urban character.

The Ramberg jumper is inspired by the traditional Fana jumper. Originating in Fana, a district of Bergen, the striped jumpers were once worn by men in everyday life and became an integral part of local dress. Known as ‘Stripetroye’, these striped jumpers were also used as underwear for marines.
Ramberg is a village of around 350 inhabitants, nestled in the stunning Lofoten archipelago, surrounded by unspoilt beaches and rugged, towering mountain peaks.
Appropriately, the name translates as ‘frame’ and ‘mountain’.
