Windproof and water-repellent vest with a membrane made of Swedish wool. Regular fit, two-way zipper and side pockets. Elastic bands at the hem and armhole keeps the vest in place. The water-repellent outer material (Piumi®) consists of 100% polyamide and has a treatment that creates a water-repellent function. The treatment is organic and free of fluorocarbons. The windproof lining consists of 96% polyester and 4% elastane. No chemicals are used to achieve the windproof function. Instead, the lining is manufactured with a special weaving technique that makes the fabric extremely tightly woven and therefore also windproof. Both the water-repellent fabric and the windproof fabric are breathable. In this way, the wool's functional advantages and properties are maintained, such as transporting away moisture and retaining warmth. The elastane makes the fabric stretchy, which means that it stops the wind but not movement. The fabrics are labeled with ÖKO-tex® Standard 100, which guarantees that the fabric is free from substances harmful to health. Sustainably produced in Europe.
